How it works:
In a potentially hazardous situation, our members are encouraged to contact our Care
Center by pressing their personal help buttons. Within seconds, our friendly Care Monitor
will attempt to make voice contact over the 2-way voice Care Communicator. We will
monitor the situation to make sure our member is safe and secure. If it is necessary, we
will call the local police or sheriff’s department or EMS to request assistance.
If no contact is made, the monitor will then attempt to reach our member by phone and
then call responders for assistance until we are certain that the person is secure or
getting the help needed.
Additional cost: $0.00 (This is an added value to members of our Best Medical Alert+
